The Old Clown skins were made when there was no tattoo layer in SL, so there as no way to have a makeup separate from the rest of the body. This remake has been on my project list quite long and I finally got back to it on the Month of Masks and Carnival, February.
The Circus of Fallen Gods Inc. was released during the 2nd Edition of Fantasy Faire, and my first year as Sponsor (Dark Realms). The Martian Chronicles

I was ten years old when for the first time I entered Ray Bradbury's worlds of words, after a young age fed by Verne and Exupery from sci-fi passionate parents , I discovered a special shelf at my stepfather's library: it was the Bradbury Asimov one. I grabbed a handfull of books and started to check the descriptions, but cought in the act, he just gave me a green hardcover copy of the Martian Chronicles and said "Start with this."
That year I read most of Brabdury works and the Asimov foundation cycle, and when at my Father's house I dug into his whole walls of science fiction books (not shelf) and discovered those that will add to Bradbury as my most favourite writers (Herbert, Anderson, Van Vogt, Vance, Sturgeon, Gibson, Dick).
I still, as 26 years ago, never manage to progress in the book fully, a part of me always remains in that flower home, in that beautiful melancholic setting. I remember clearly my first vision of the couple, athletic, slim and naked, the brown golden skin innaturally glistening of a strange reflex, the coin yellow eyes without pupil seeing all and nothing, their 6 slim fingers tracing the book or crystal fruits. I never moved really from that point, even if reading the book a dozen times, because all the rest never resonated so powerfully. The real and only meaningful vision is there at the step of our story, in that intimate homely setting, in that imagination so wonderful, beautiful and majestic, and I believe firmly it was all that Bradbury really wanted to say.
This book is one of my all time favourites, I warmly recommend it for any age, but if you have kids...start early, it will enrich their imagination and soul.

Yule's Odyssey

Yule Season is at its end slowly, many things are moving permanently to the Temple as "Erin and Ragnar" Gacha and "Brier" Tattoo, and some will be retired after the 7th, as "A libertine Christmas" Gacha (currently in Libertine's skyarea).

Yule Season 2014

The Final Chapter of this Year is here: freezing good will, hopes and the light of snow in the darkness of winter, and the Temple celebrates the Holy Days with you in joy,serenity and sharing starting with the annual tradition of the Giving Circle. 
For those that are not familiar, this is a very spontaneous sharing of gifts between me and many wonderful friends I am lucky to call so, and as creators we put gifts under each other's tree shared with all the visitors and patrons. Todays starts a series of events that got me as creator, and audience. excited and inspired through the whole process of idea, reading and sharing: A Tattered page. A different type of event dedicated to a more indepth type of inspiration, rather than a just word theme, where reading the book and entering the world of the writer through your own interpretation gives many unique and individual creations and hopefully will also inspire you to read or re-read the book again, which this round is Frankenstein, the Modern Prometheus by Mary Shelley.
I did read the book in my early teen years where chewing all the classic was the norm, but was interesting to have a go at it now in its original language and discover that afterall I didn't change much. I still loved mainly the reasearch and obsession part, much less the whole romance, so I am offering you, in a very steroptypical way, by my best flesh carving tools: Cadavers.
This is an instore event, which means you get to visit awesome, cared and beloved Locations rather than momentary valleys of booths. I hope you'll enjoy the theme and quality of this series of events and see you as we all go shopping all around to see what's on the slab...
